Arrive Christchurch
Arrive at Christchurch International Airport. After clearing customs collect your rental vehicle and travel 1 hour inland to Terrace Downs Resort in the Rakaia River Gorge.

River Fishing at Terrace Downs
The South Island holds some of the last examples of true wilderness fishing in an environment unspoiled by man. A member of the New Zealand Professional Fishing Guides Association with professional and experienced guides will take you on a wilderness fishing adventure with everlasting memories. Fish the crystal clear spring creeks, or high country lakes, free stone streams and the glacier fed mountain rivers that are home to some of New Zealand's largest trout and salmon.

Terrace Downs to Lake Tekapo – Golf at Terrace Downs Resort
Tee off this morning at Terrace Downs Resort in the Rakaia River Gorge. Magnificent scenery surrounds you as the quiet solitude of the countryside lets you relax and concentrate on your game.
The course sits at an altitude of 450 metres, has four-position tees, generously wide fairways, but 70 bunkers, numerous grass hazards and eight lakes. Terrace Downs is a course that has gained a fantastic reputation in New Zealand golfing circles. After golf it’s a 3 hour drive to Lake Tekapo.

Lake Tekapo to Queenstown – Afternoon Wine Tour
You may wish to start you day with a Scenic flight over Mt Cook and the glaciers before you journey south through the golden tussock country of the Lindis Pass. Enjoy the scenery of the fruit growing region of Cromwell and the historic gold mining region of the rugged Kawarau Gorge before arriving in Queenstown for and afternoon wine tour. On the tour visit Gibbston Valley Wines and New Zealand's largest wine cave, (with tasting), before enjoying a cheese platter and tasting at the very impressive Peregine Wines. The day will finish with a visit to Chard Farm to taste liquid gold.

Play 18 holes of golf at Millbrook Resort this morning. One of the finest and most scenically stunning New Zealand golf courses Millbrook Resort features a mixture of undulating to rolling fairways, each hole having its own strategic scenic feature. It has four-tee positions, open fairways, demanding hazards, including more than 60 bunkers, and meandering waterways. TONIGHT … TSS Earnslaw Walter Peak Dinner. The perfect way for you to end the day is to take a nostalgic cruise on the TSS Earnslaw to the Colonel’s Homestead at Walter Peak. Enjoy high country hospitality and a carvery style buffet! An entertaining after dinner show provides a glimpse into farming life.

Milford Sound Scenic Flight and Cruise
Milford Sound is often described as the eighth wonder of the world. It is set in the Fiordland National Park, on the west coast of the South Island. Fly from Queenstown by airplane to Milford Sound; enjoy views of mountains, lakes and fiords of Fiordland National Park. Connect with your boat for your cruise and return to Queenstown with an alpine landing for the ultimate experience.

Golf at Jacks Point Golf Course
Play the brand new Jacks Point golf course, set within one thousand acres of unspoiled rolling grasslands, montane highlands and spreading downs bounded by the Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. It traverses through wetland to the lake edge encountering steep bluffs, indigenous vegetation and wildlife. It is designed to work with nature, not against it. Fairways are designed with minimal excavation and careful plantings to complement the natural environment, but also to give the golfer a fighting chance.

Queenstown to Christchurch – Golf at Clearwater Resort
Take a morning flight from Queenstown to Christchurch where your private shuttle will be waiting to transfer you to Peppers Clearwater. Your final round of golf is at the Clearwater Resort Course. There are elements of links and parkland golf at the Clearwater course with an abundance of water. Natural springs and crystal clear streams that are teeming with trout feed the resort’s 15 hectares of lakes. There are five-position tees, including the championship tees, and is the home of the New Zealand PGA Championship.

Depart New Zealand
Today your tour ends. Depending on your departing flight there may be time to explore Christchurch. Perhaps visit the Anglican Cathedral, Town Hall, and the Arts Centre or perhaps take a tram ride around Christchurch City or enjoy punting on the Avon River. We recommend a visit to the Antarctic Attraction re-creating the atmosphere and environment of Antarctica before transferring to Christchurch International Airport for your onward flight.
